Who we are

Ohanix is a private household app operated by the MyNetApps project at austinemma.com. It is distributed via the Apple App Store and TestFlight. Accounts are invite-only (created by a household administrator); there is no public self-registration.

What we collect

• Account data — email address, display name, and authentication credentials (passwords are stored hashed; we do not store plaintext passwords).
• App content you create — household data you enter in the product (for example notes, checklists, groceries, calendar items, documents, inventory).
• Device tokens — Apple Push Notification device tokens when you allow notifications, so we can deliver alerts you opt into.
• Photos and camera — only when you use features that require them (for example document capture). Media stays under your account and is not sold.
• Microphone / speech — only when you use voice features that request those permissions.
• Technical logs — limited server logs needed to operate and secure the service (for example request timing and error diagnostics).

How we use data

• Sign you in and keep your session secure (including refresh tokens).
• Provide the household features you are entitled to use.
• Send optional push notifications you have enabled.
• Maintain and improve reliability and security of the service.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your content for advertising.

Sharing

Data stays within your household workspace unless you explicitly share it with other invited members. We use infrastructure providers only as needed to host the API, website, and related services. Apple receives device identifiers required for TestFlight, App Store distribution, and push delivery when those services are used.

Retention

Account and content data are kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated content by emailing [email protected]. Backups and logs may retain limited residual data for a short operational window.

Children

The service is intended for household members invited by an administrator. It is not directed at children under 13. Do not create accounts for children under 13.

Your choices

• You can decline camera, microphone, speech, photo library, or notification permission; related features will be unavailable.
• You can sign out at any time from the app or website.
• You can request account deletion via the contact email above.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
